Reply before view content/Other viewing restrictions

I feel like we should have restrictions on viewing certain sections, one definitely being the download section. I prefer the "reply before view content" type of restriction as it lets the source provider see the popularity for a certain video, and prevents mere visitors from exceeding the bandwidth for the files. Although it'll be great to have the purchase thread function too, since we have RMBs already.

Hope the admins will accept this suggestion
