Hunan TV has produced some of the biggest hits in China, such as Dream Links, Love Strategy, Qia Tong Xue Shao Nian and Ugly Wudi. This drama is the first from eeMedia's new management, Long Danni, who also plans on making Hunan TV a force in youth-oriented idol dramas.
╰☆ Synopsis ☆╮
Chu Yuxun is a smart but poor high-school girl. Her biggest dream is to enter the prestigious Aliceton University. With help from her uncle, who borrows money, she finally gets in. Yun Hai, Duan Mulei, Ximen Ruiqian and Ye Shuo are the four richest students of Aliceton. With their gorgeous looks, they became the idols of all the girls there. However, they're unsatisfied with the lives that their parents forced upon them. In order to get the principle to kick them out of Aliceton, they performs a serious of pranks. While fighting for the justice of the victims of the pranks, Yuxun become the target of F4. Through fighting and arguing, they began to admire each other and became friends. Touched by Yuxun, F4 eventually becomes the top four students of the school. At the same time, they became loving, responsible males. Through the multiple struggles and hardships, Girl and F4 grew up. They learned to control their own lives, chose their own futures, and to strive for their dreams.

She is a graduate of the prestigious Beijing Film Academy, which produced Vicki Zhaowei, Chen Kun and Huang Xiaoming, etc.

Chu Yuxun is a rather simple, but earnest individual who stands up for everything she believes is right, but sometimes she sees things in black and white. Thus she finds it hard to like to Yunhai after he left her with a bad first impression, but eventually she begins to like him as he changes to someone more considerate and nicer.
Zhang Han 张翰 - Murong Yunhai 慕容云海
Zhang Han is a graduate of the very prestigious Central Academy of Drama, whose alumni include Gong Li, Liu Ye and Zhang Ziyi.

Height: 183 cm
Murong Yunhai is an ABC (Australian Born Chinese) who does most things well, and is extremely rich. Thus he arrives at the school extremely arrogant, but after finding friends and interacting with Yuxun he slowly changes, from someone who was mostly inconsiderate to someone who tries at least to be nice, but can't express himself while doing it.
Yu Haoming 俞灏明 - Duan Mulei 端木磊
Yu Haoming placed 6th in Superboys and is the lead in the upcoming movie, "Le Huo Nan Hai".

Height: 180 cm
Duan Mulei is a pianist who is the most mature among the group of four friends, and is polite to everyone although unlike Yuxun, he prefers to keep to himself instead of interfering in other's affairs.
Zhu Zixiao 朱梓骁 - Shangguan Ruiqian 上官瑞谦

Shangguang Ruiqian is perhaps the least mature of the group. Being one of the most talkative of the group of friends, he was the "leader" of the group before Yunhai arrived at the school, but having never really been cut out for leading and preferring a more fun lifestyle, has easily slided to a more backseat role where he shares a strong camaderie with Ye Shuo, cracks jokes at Yunhai's expense, and basically tries to enjoy anything that comes his way.
Wei Chen 魏晨 - Ye Shuo 叶朔
Wei Chen placed 3rd in Superboys and has been in three movies, and a stage play so far.
Birthday: 2/22/1986
Height: 183 cm
Ye Shuo is something a computer genius who is the secret to the success of his older brother's IT company. But in reality he has a grudge against his brother whom he believes caused the death of their father. He is also one of the more mature guys in the group, with a quiet but firm presence. He doesn't like the superficial, flighty girls of the school and likes more mature women...like Yunhai's older sister, Yunduo.
The entire cast returned for season 2 with the exception of a few minor characters, such as Yunhai's mother.

Tan Lina is 1/4 Indian, known for her dancing, sexiness.

She plays a rival for Yunhai's affections in season 2. She's returning to China from study abroad. Her personality is vivacious, and her hobby is car racing.
Wang Yuexin 王栎鑫 - Xin Xin 鑫 鑫
Wang Yuexin is rom the same Superboys as Wei Chen and Yu Haoming. The cutest boy in world basically, except when he's being mean.

Height: 175 cm
A student in the school who's player. He acts cool and suave but the thing he's most afraid of is Yuhai with Yuxun.

. The cast had a lot of chemistry I thought, though I didn't really think Zhang Han was aggressive or manly enough for his character...but I guess that makes it more realistic?
